Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) Now Officially Supported in Our Push Notification Platform
We’re excited to announce that ethinking Push now enables our customers to deliver push notifications directly to Huawei devices with Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) integrated.

Why HMS Matters
In 2020, Huawei discontinued the use of Google Play Services on its new devices and replaced them with its own ecosystem — Huawei Mobile Services. As a result, sending push notifications to Huawei users now requires integration with HMS.
With ethinking Push, this process is straightforward. Simply create an app in Huawei AppGallery Connect and activate the Push Kit. Then, just as you would for any other platform, set up the “Huawei” channel within ethinking Push. All you need for the connection are the App ID and App Secret from your AppGallery Connect project — and your push infrastructure is ready to go
Once configured, your push notifications are seamlessly delivered through Huawei’s push carrier.
